Project Manager
Jack is part of the Wild Roofing family and represents the next generation of leadership within the company. He currently focuses on sales and project management while working toward earning his construction licenses. With a strong interest in exterior construction, Jack is gaining hands-on experience and learning the business from the inside out. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Jack brings a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a fresh perspective to the team.
Trevor Viera
Sales
Trevor is the newest member of the Wild Roofing team and a proud member of the extended family. At 21 years old, Trevor recently graduated and is now pursuing a hands-on career in construction. Eager to learn the ropes, he’s jumping into the roofing industry with a strong work ethic and a desire to build something lasting. Trevor is excited to be part of a company rooted in his hometown and committed to quality craftsmanship.
Nicholas Mello
Project Manager
Nicholas has been in the construction industry since graduating Manatee High School. Nick is working at Wild Roofing learning all aspects of the business including Project Management, and Sales & Marketing.
Christopher Poirier
Sales & Systems Coordinator
Chris joined Wild Roofing in 2024 to lead the company’s efforts in modernizing its technology and marketing. A Bradenton native and longtime friend of Nick, Chris became part of the team to help bring the business into the 21st century. Since joining, Chris has updated the phone system, overhauled the website, introduced new marketing strategies, and implemented internal tech tools to streamline operations. With a strong background in digital systems and a passion for supporting local businesses, Chris is proud to help Wild Roofing grow while staying rooted in the community he’s always called home.
Paul Mello Jr.
President
Paul recently left his position as President of a Remodeling Company where he co-founded the company and helped grow the remodeling business to be one of the premier residential remodeling and roofing companies from Bradenton to Fort Myers. Paul decided to concentrate his time and efforts into creating Wild Roofing LLC where he will be able to focus on a more localized area he calls home and that is Bradenton and Sarasota areas. Paul has been a Florida State Licensed Roofing Contractor since 2015. Paul also owns Tint Shark LLC, established 2010 in Florida offering Auto, Home, and Business window tinting to help reduce energy costs, UV, and increase safety. Paul holds a B.S. from Northeastern University in Boston.
