Jr., President

Paul Mello

Paul recently left his position as President of a Remodeling Company where he co-founded the company and helped grow the remodeling business to be one of the premier residential remodeling and roofing companies from Bradenton to Fort Myers. Paul decided to concentrate his time and efforts into creating Wild Roofing LLC where he will be able to focus on a more localized area he calls home and that is Bradenton and Sarasota areas. Paul has been a Florida State Licensed Roofing Contractor since 2015. Paul also owns Tint Shark LLC, established 2010 in Florida offering Auto, Home, and Business window tinting to help reduce energy costs, UV, and increase safety. Paul holds a B.S. from Northeastern University in Boston.

Construction Management

Jack Mello & Nicholas Mello

Jack is a full-time student at State College of Florida studying Construction Management and Nicholas has been in the construction industry since graduating Manatee High School. Jack and Nick are working at Wild Roofing learning all aspects of the business including Project Management, and Sales & Marketing.

Project Management

Michael Broughton

Michael was a licensed Building Contractor based on Cape Cod Massachusetts from 2017 through 2020 and recently relocated to sunny Florida. Michael has been in the construction industry for over 15 years focusing on residential remodeling. Michael enjoys golfing, fitness activities, and spending time with his Boxer Lacey. Michael will be focusing on Project Management, and Sales & Marketing.

Andrew Grenon

Operation Manager

Andrew was a licensed Building Contractor/Owner of GHI Contractor from Massachusetts for 20 years before moving to Florida. He is an Operations Manager who is responsible to work with Paul to run the business effectively. He also works with Wild Roofing employees and roofing contractors to ensure highest quality roofing and construction services to our customers through innovative technological solutions and exceptional customer service. Andrew will assist overseeing all projects and sales to ensure smooth workflow.

Andrew enjoys golfing, swimming and outdoor activities as well as spending quality time with his wife, Jackie and their 2 dogs.

Andrew holds a BS Degree from Northeastern University and a Graduate Degree from WPI.
